We have a library of wildlife books and offer nature walks to guests who wish to have a slow-paced holiday. We organize jungle visits in 4WD jeeps and open trucks known as 'canters'. (Jeeps are subject to availability.) A nature guide who is well aware of the flora and fauna of the park accompanies each vehicle and sometimes also has a tiger 'staked out'.

For birders there are many options and nature walks. The most popular places are Surwal lake, Mansarovar Lake, Chambal river or even a walk outside the resort one can get a lot of arid scrubland species.

The Ranthambhore Fort offers history that is 1000 years old and is worth a visit.
